Our devised script for the Royal Shakespeare Society’s Open Stages Project, entitled ‘The First And Last Performance Of The Titanic Shakespeare Society’ will be going into production after Christmas. This will be an ensemble piece including some music so Chris will be looking for a group of performers of mixed ages, sexes and talents.

Auditions will be held on Thu 5th Jan at 7.30 pm and Sun 8th Jan at 2.30 pm at South Bank (get directions here).  To find out more about the auditions, click here.

Angelique Corry will be directing a rehearsed reading of  this one-act comedy on Fri 20th Jan at 8 pm at South Bank.

Set on the front porch of a Texas home on a hot summer afternoon, Elizabeth and her friend Hattie are whiling away the time folding laundry, watching TV, sipping bourbon and Coke, and gossiping about the many open secrets which are so much a part of small-town life.
